Stephanie Roulic is dedicated to strengthening and connecting the New England startup community. As the Founder and CEO of Startup Boston, she helps founders, startup operators, and startup-curious individuals find the resources, opportunities, and connections they need to succeed. Startup Boston hosts events and creates content designed to educate, support, and celebrate the region’s startup ecosystem. Previously she co-founded nDash, a martech startup accepted into MassChallenge in 2017. After her time at nDash, she joined Goldcast as the 11th employee - and their first non-engineering hire - shortly after the company closed its Seed Round. During her tenure, she built out the entire Post-Sales team. She left the company after it had raised its Series A and grown to 150 employees. Her work has earned recognition, including BostInno’s 2024 Fire Award for Ecosystem Support and Boston Business Journal’s 40 Under 40.
