Mapping Innovation in Real Time: An Interactive Workshop on How We Innovate
Apr 30, 2026, 7:00 PM - 7:45 PM EDT
at Havana Room
Innovation doesn’t look the same for everyone—and that’s exactly where its strength lies. In this highly interactive workshop led by Lighthouse Innovation Team , participants will step into a live exploration of how different innovation behaviors show up across individuals and organizations.
Rather than a traditional talk, this session is designed as a hands-on, data-driven experience. Attendees will actively contribute their perspectives through guided inputs, helping to map the collective innovation landscape of the room in real time. Together, you’ll uncover how factors like culture, talent, processes, networks, infrastructure, and definitions of success shape the way we innovate.
As individual profiles come together, participants will gain a deeper understanding of how diverse approaches to innovation interact—revealing both strengths and gaps within a group context. The session will also surface practical, actionable strategies to strengthen innovation capabilities, whether you’re building as a founder, scaling within an organization, or supporting broader ecosystems.
Come ready to participate, reflect, and leave with a clearer picture of how you—and those around you—can innovate more effectively.
The workshop will be conducted by the Lighthouse Innovation team,  Andreea Celmare (Innovation Officer), Marc Rovira (Project Manager Officer), and Jordi Albo-Canals (Chief Scientific Officer).
