Mass Innovation Nights (MIN) connects innovators with their local community, and the local community helps to spread the word about exciting new products. Since 2009, MIN helped launch more than 1,500 products and supported startups that have collectively raised more than $4 billion in funding. Join WISE (Women Interdisciplinary Society in Entrepreneurship) for a 90-minute evening celebrating growth, innovation, and community.
Anchored in this year’s Summit theme, Good to Grow, the evening is designed as two back-to-back, 45-minute interactive workshops, each offering a distinct lens on growth and entrepreneurship.
Together, these sessions invite attendees to reflect on where they are in their journey, connect with others at similar stages, and exchange lessons learned about building ideas in real time.
5:30–6:15 PM | Session 1: Where Are You Growing?
6:15–7:00 PM | Session 2: Breaking the Growth Myths
A collaborative discussion unpacking the mental blocks and myths people wish they had known earlier about entrepreneurship. Attendees contribute honest reflections to a shared “myth wall,” which is clustered live into common themes. Small groups then dive into one theme to explore why it shows up and how their perspective might shift moving forward. Participants leave with reframed mindsets, takeaways, and shared knowledge from others.
Whether you join for one session or stay for both, this experience is intentionally designed to foster open conversation, curiosity, and collaboration across different stages of growth.
The evening is powered by WISE, a women-led community dedicated to supporting and uplifting women and underrepresented individuals as they explore entrepreneurship, innovation, and leadership.
