The backbone of Venture Café – come meet the community and make connections with all different kinds of innovators. How will you make your serendipitous moment come true?
As organizations adopt AI at an accelerating pace, Latino professionals and entrepreneurs have an important opportunity to leverage their talent, cultural strengths, and human skills to thrive in this new era of work.
This panel will explore how Latino talent can prepare for the changing workforce by developing the skills, leadership mindset, adaptability, creativity, communication, and strategic thinking needed to work effectively alongside AI. Through a conversation with AI experts, professionals, and leaders from different industries, we will discuss what skills will matter most, how AI is changing career opportunities, and how Latino professionals can move from simply adapting to AI to actively creating opportunities and leading in the future of work.
The panel will also connect the conversation to practical resources and opportunities, with panelists sharing relevant programs, training, career development opportunities, and support available through their organizations and community partners. Our goal is for attendees to leave not only inspired, but also with clear pathways to continue learning, develop skills, and advance their careers or businesses.
