The backbone of Venture Café – come meet the community and make connections with all different kinds of innovators. How will you make your serendipitous moment come true?
Start your night with this quick overview of Venture Café, what we do as a community, and how you can make the most of our weekly Thursday Gathering! Bring a friend, grab a drink, and plug in to the ecosystem - it's time to connect, learn, and share.
Designed for early-stage healthtech founders moving from idea or MVP toward pilots, adoption, and growth, this interactive session introduces the IMPACT Framework, developed by clinician and healthtech growth strategist Dr. Rinki Varindani Desai. Drawing on real-world examples from healthcare innovation, Dr. Desai will spend the first 20 minutes walking through the six stages of IMPACT—Insight, Messaging, Product, Adoption, Credibility, and Traction—and the common reasons promising healthtech solutions get stuck along the way: solving the wrong problem, unclear positioning, workflow friction, weak clinical credibility, or difficulty converting interest into real-world adoption.
Then, founders will complete a rapid self-assessment to evaluate where their own solution stands across the framework and identify their biggest current bottleneck. We’ll use those results to guide an open, interactive discussion where founders can compare challenges, share what has worked, and explore practical ways to move their solutions forward. Founders will leave having identified their most important adoption bottleneck, with a practical framework for evaluating their growth strategy and a clearer sense of what to prioritize next to move toward meaningful, sustainable adoption.
