The backbone of Venture Café – come meet the community and make connections with all different kinds of innovators. How will you make your serendipitous moment come true?
Advances in delivery technologies are rapidly expanding what’s possible across genetic medicines and complex therapeutics, but translating these innovations into clinical reality depends on more than promising science. Chemistry, manufacturing, and control (CMC) considerations often become the defining factor in whether a program progresses smoothly or encounters delays.
This panel brings together experts across formulation, platform development, and delivery strategy to discuss how real-world CMC decisions are made for complex systems. Through practical examples and candid discussion, panelists will explore challenges such as scalability, analytical method development, control strategies, and defining product-specific critical quality attributes.
Topics will include:

Whether you work in research, development, or manufacturing, this session will provide practical insights into how CMC strategy shapes the path from innovation to clinic.
WHERE IS CREATIVITY?
Session 4/4
Critique; Reflection and Observation
Creativity is the production of original and unique ideas, while developing and implementing those ideas can be seen as Innovation. Creativity is a process, and without a named and defined approach, it is often innovation and insight that stalls. In this session we will complete the foundation of Where is Creativity?™
By specifically defining and locating creativity in your own practice, and naming what alignment and clarity look like to you; the ‘Where is Creativity?’ series has been a guided method of creative development, a process of going deeper, resulting in a greater resilience and confidence in your decisions.
The session opens with critique as the focus; approached through reflection and observation. We will examine where your ideas are in motion, how critique serves your work, and what strategic thinking looks like when applied to a creative idea. In the second half, participants will share insights they have gained, or for those new to the Venture Cafe series, how a defined creative process has driven your work.
Three considerations:
-What is the difference between critique and criticism, and what does that mean for your work specifically?
-Where are your creative ideas right now, underway, stalled, or waiting?
-What do you observe when you sit quietly with your work and what surfaces?
Importantly, How do you define Creativity?
