Organized by KHIDI USA, Korea Biohealth R&BD Night brings together researchers, biotech and health-tech innovators, industry professionals, and other stakeholders interested in Korea–U.S. R&D collaboration and commercialization.

The evening begins with the Korea R&D Investment Strategy Seminar, where TIPA (Korea Technology and Information Promotion Agency for SMEs), KEIT (Korea Planning & Evaluation Institute of Industrial Technology), and KHIDI (Korea Health Industry Development Institute) will share their 2027 R&D investment priorities and support programs. The program also features concurrent sessions in the Havana and Santo Domingo rooms: a Grant Writing Seminar focused on U.S. and Korean funding opportunities and a Biopharma Dealmaking session exploring both sides of the negotiating table.

As the first R&BD event under KHIDI USA’s expanded R&D support activities, the evening reflects our broader effort to connect researchers and institutions, facilitate funding and R&D collaboration, and bridge promising research toward industry partnerships and business development.
